Science provides opportunities for students to develop an understanding of important science knowledge, processes and skills. At Seaton Park Primary School we use an inquiry approach combined with explicit teaching to teach the science curriculum.
Children engage in project-based learning and have many hands on experiences.
The curriculum supports students to develop the scientific knowledge, understandings and skills to make informed decisions about issues and to participate, if they so wish, in science-related careers.
